三房二浴，帶陽台、廚房（有烤箱、微波爐、大冰箱）和洗烘衣機；空間很大。我們一共住了6晚，沒有房間打掃，要自己倒垃圾，要住7晚以上才會有room cleaning服務 整體感覺很不錯，這區很安靜，但也是在市區纜車free zone，所以去市區用餐交通不用煩惱

Exceptional Waterfront Stay – Highly Recommended I stayed at The Sebel Melbourne Docklands for one night and was thoroughly impressed. The location is unbeatable, right on the Docklands New Quay waterfront with stunning views and tram access directly in front. Shops, restaurants, and the entertainment precinct are all just steps away. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well designed. I especially loved the fully equipped kitchen, which made the stay feel like home. Facilities include a pool, gym, and sauna. The standout feature was the rooftop with a tennis court and bookable BBQ area. I hosted a small BBQ gathering there, and it was absolutely fantastic. I only wish I had stayed longer and would definitely return. Highly recommended. ✨
